最近同朋友去咗 茶記研究所 Cha Kee Lab 食晚飯,啱啱新裝修完,環境清新光猛,坐得好舒服,感覺有啲新派茶餐廳嘅味道。我哋嗌咗個晚市二人餐,性價比高,只需$168,有齊:一碟炒時菜(我哋叫咗馬拉盞炒時蔬,辣度啱啱好,炒得香口,菜保持爽脆,送飯一流)兩款主菜兩碗中湯(當晚係瘦肉紅蘿蔔湯,味道清甜,無味精口感)兩杯飲品兩碗糖水(紅豆沙,夠綿密,唔會太甜,食完正好清一清味蕾)主菜方面:半條鹹鮮黃花魚蒸肉餅:魚肉鹹香入味,配埋手打肉餅一齊蒸,啖啖肉香,鹹香味滲入飯度,幾有阿媽煮飯feel。菠蘿咕嚕肉:選用加拿大無激素豬梅肉,炸得外脆內嫩,酸甜醬汁掛得勻,加埋新鮮菠蘿,成碟菜食落幾開胃。整體嚟講,Cha Kee Lab 呢個晚市套餐真係抵食又有質素,餐廳環境乾淨企理,有番茶記應有水準但又唔會太舊式。之後都會再返嚟試其他款式。
