好耐都冇入粉嶺佢啦,今次朋友帶左我去一間食小菜嘅餐廳食飯我地2個人叫左3樣野食,籠仔蒸飯、咕嚕肉同埋瑤柱金菇扒西蘭花1.瑤柱金菇扒西蘭花以西蘭花為主角,再加上瑤柱同金針菇炆煮而成。我覺得呢道菜嘅味道幾清新,清爽嘅西蘭花同瑤柱嘅鮮味,同金針菇嘅口感都好好,呢道菜係一道比較健康嘅選擇,對於想食得健康又唔想太辣太重口味嘅人,絕對係一個好選擇2.菠蘿咕嚕肉呢道菜係一道粵菜嘅經典,用豬肉同菠蘿炒製而成,再加上醬汁同其他調味料。呢道菜嘅味道相當豐富,菠蘿嘅甜味同豬肉嘅味道好夾,而且炸得非常香脆,餸飯簡值一流3.籠仔豉汁蒸白鱔飯以新鮮白鱔為主角,加入豉汁同飯一起蒸製而成。我覺得呢道菜嘅味道好鮮美,白鱔嘅鮮味同豉汁嘅香味好夾,而且比飯吸收晒,個飯仲要係炒底,味道非常正。整體黎講,食物質素高,可以一食再食

1.瑤柱金菇扒西蘭花
以西蘭花為主角,再加上瑤柱同金針菇炆煮而成。我覺得呢道菜嘅味道幾清新,清爽嘅西蘭花同瑤柱嘅鮮味,同金針菇嘅口感都好好,呢道菜係一道比較健康嘅選擇,對於想食得健康又唔想太辣太重口味嘅人,絕對係一個好選擇
