To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 得久沒來這Cafe，今日（14/7/2020）同朋友來食番個下午茶，五點鐘食下午茶，主要是這Cafe較清靜及衛生，方便吹水。疫情關係，所有餐具都用布蓋上，走近自取餐具櫃時，服務員即上前協助，蕃茄醬亦用上獨立包裝，付款時收銀員提點，進餐時才可以除口罩，慶幸今日餐廳內，所有客人都配合，服務員清理枱面時，亦有清潔隔離枱的膠板，衛生意識強。下午茶款式頗多，點了公司三文治及炸魚柳配沙律加兩杯熱飲，埋單都是$82，抵食。公司三文治份量足，再配上薯條，好飽肚亦好味。炸魚柳配沙律，魚柳即叫即炸，來時熱辣辣，等了一會才可食，仍很熱及脆口，千島醬汁足夠，沙律好夠醬，好彩沙律內是蘋果、粟米及椰果，沒有薯仔。
