在佐敦工作完,想起附近有間食日本菜的餐廳,坐位舒適,價錢平民化,而食物質素也很好。首先來一份刺身盛,厚切的三文魚,深海池魚,赤身,非常新鮮。日本帶子鮮甜可口。另外還有半板海膽,用紫菜及飯包著一齊食,非常鮮甜美味。岩鹽燒油甘魚鮫,岩鹽滲入魚肉,令魚肉更加鮮甜味美,魚肉很嫩滑。紫蘇免治雞肉餅,雞肉餅內加有少許雞軟骨及紫蘇葉,令雞肉有口感,加上醬汁,味道很好。串燒雞軟骨及手羽先雞翼,燒的時候只加少許鹽,令雞肉及雞軟骨非常鮮甜。鐵板芝士燒豆腐,豆腐很香黃豆味,加上很多的芝士,蟹籽及醬汁,很美味。香桃生姜梳打,香桃香甜外,有少許的姜味,不太甜,味道很特別,非常好飲。
