To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐點了鴛鴦扒飯黑椒汁另上,女職員話汁唔可以另上,再問點解,都只重答唔可以,分汁做法好普遍,唔明點解唔可以,女職員便問疑似經理男子,男經理一樣話唔得廚房做唔到,我再話好簡單唔明點解做唔到,男經理唔答我只企後兩卡位閙女職員話擺9佢上枱有咩女好問啊?依家實入佢數等等……,此男子不是第一次在客人面前閙人,身為經理喺舖面嘈,雖然唔係直接閙客人,但其做法及禮貌全無,要求分汁跟本好普遍,不明為何要粗口閙人,如是公司規定不能分汁,管理層是否要好好檢視,此男子做法太過份
