適逢香港舉辦葡萄酒博覽,海外的釀酒商雲集香江,為促進生意伙伴關係,供應商安排與客戶大家見見面,試試其產品,攪一個雞尾酒會,邊談邊飲才夠吸引。雞尾酒會安排在這酒店的頂層,落地的玻璃窗可飽覽三面維港景色,酒吧陳列了釀酒商的多種名釀,客人可隨意飲用,愛酒的人仕必定能盡興而歸。期間大會安排了雞尾酒會常見的 bite-size 食物,一口一件,方便客人進食,由侍應用手捧著一盤在會場游奕,讓客人隨意取吃,是晚我也試了多款。油甘魚壽司,質素普通,飯團太凍,油甘魚並不突出,但值得一讚是每一件壽司的上面有一條深啡色物體,呈啫喱狀,原來是豉油,客人站著進食,超方便!迷你菠蘿叉燒包,體積剛有一口一個,剛出爐夠熱,叉燒好味,麵包軟糯,熱的食物在雞尾酒會份外受人歡迎。吞拿魚筒,一個超迷你的芝麻筒,釀了些吞拿魚醬和芒果蓉,脆脆的芝麻筒增加口感。鴨肉咖喱角,最欣賞是其賣相,咖喱角放在一放滿花椒八角的長盤上,比單放在一隻空碟上吸引,咖喱角夠熱,鴨肉不多但好味,辣味不算太辣。茄汁生蠔,用小杯子載著生蠔,並用新鮮番茄水浸著,微酸的番茄水代替檸檬汁的功能,僻腥,生蠔新鮮,味道不濃,但慎防有蠔殼。三文魚忌廉芝士卷煙三文魚捲著

炸帶子賣相又是不錯,每一粒帶子上了麵包糠,炸好後放一小貝殼上,再放在一盤幼鹽上,看似沙灘的幼沙,帶子味道普通。

草莓奶凍用小杯子上,白色的奶凍夠滑,不太甜,紅色的草莓漿加點色彩和生果味道,小吃無妨。

喜歡這裏的環境,看著優美的維港景色,與新知舊雨把酒言歡,豈不快哉?
