干炒牛河-河粉能炒到每條分開,唔會黏住,每條河粉均衡有汁,油剛好,牛肉可以,菜心可以,味道適中。瑞士雞亦-獨特瑞士汁,味道剛好,雞亦完全無醃到好老口感,相反嫩滑有彈性乳鴿-炸得剛好而能保存肉汁及嫩滑,只是我鐘意食乾多過有汁。總括味道控制得剛剛好,但沒有很驚喜好吃的感覺,烹調技術真的一流!!
