To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 扮下中産，超值有氣礦泉水

完成澳門之旅，其實已是晩飯時間，但大家約了朋友在尖沙咀又未夠鐘，有朋友訂咗枱食飯又係未夠鐘，所以大家一齊搵地方飲嘢，去到美麗華商場地庫見到caffè HABITŪ the table無乜人，諗住入去飲杯嘢等夠鐘，當我哋入去時，服務員同我哋講如果剩飲嘢每人最低消費$60，朋友話未必飲到，我話無問題，其實每人叫咗一杯不同飲品，大約$4x左右，咁我呢啲窮L，諗住叫多杯嘢飲，計返應該每人$60左右，點之被我發現礦泉水/有氣礦泉水只賣$24，當然叫一支有氣，冰底，扮下中產，做個上等人。誰不知來到是一支500ml，有無咁抵？有氣礦泉水入口是不同，啲冰凍嘅bubbles及水去到喉嚨，舒服哂，最後飲了兩支，而埋單連加一好似不用$200，坐了個半鐘，但其實到了晚上8點多，人客仍不多。
