〈香草橄欖燒喜之次〉
之後又來了一道超誘人的燒喜之次,和之前一樣,料理長先把整條魚展示在我們跟前,之後用半燒焗方式處理,肉質來得又軟又滑,魚皮更加有煙彈牙感覺,輕易獲取了我們歡心。

〈A4 日本宮崎和牛肉眼〉
海鮮之後來到人見人愛的和牛時間,A4 宮崎牛來得脂香四溢,用岩鹽板做盤子,不用醮醬汁,已經能吃到合適的味道,當然喜歡來一點變化的話,伴著日本山葵或蒜片同吃,又是另一種的美味。

〈黑鯛蒸飯〉
最後來一個精緻的飯品作結,如何精緻?首先用來煮飯的湯汁是用喜知次魚骨熬成的湯,再加入絲絲的黑鯛魚肉,每粒胖嘟嘟的白米飯都吸收了魚鮮的精華,是無可挑剔的味道。
