To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今早行過要買早餐,在 Open rice 中看餐牌,早餐有番茄通粉同厚多士,想湯加不是小店,所以就行去落單買來一試。食後感:< 番茄湯至專通粉> $38番茄湯清如水,未試過番茄湯可以有其色無其質,完全無任何雜質,有番茄色的清水狀,我見了不敢唱湯底。通粉同湯是分開裝,腸仔、火腿、餐肉全是用水灼的,沒有煎過。在番茄湯中找了2條菜,我外賣那2條菜裝在是湯中,可有想過之後會點,那不就變成梅菜了麼!< 豬扒、煎焗流心蛋,腸腸加厚多士,麥皮 > $41腸仔一般,豬扒可以,煎蛋回到家已是實蛋,今日外面氣溫只有12℃,我在其他店都買過流心蛋,只有凍了、破了,但不會如這店,蛋是實了,如雞蛋模式一般。麥皮,我覺得好似叫了班國內阿姨熟西餐一般,不倫不類,我未試過食麥皮如粥水一樣,一匙上來可數到有多少粒麥皮花,我這樣大也沒有食過這稀如水的粥,更何況是麥皮。如果這樣不捨得落材料,那不如不要賣吧,我碗最後倒了。跟餐咖啡可入口,奶茶不行,完全無味,這奶茶也倒了。我平時覺得弄得不好,我都不會寫負評,我在此寫,是店家已超出我的底線。
