今晚終於有機會同朋友來到這間有著超高樓底的打卡木化石主題餐廳食飯。餐廳闊落舒適,環境充滿大自然感覺,很好打卡影相。餐廳提供精緻的西式餐飲,部份菜式更融合了亞洲風味。點了一客龍蝦泡沫濃湯,湯上打上泡沫,賣相精緻,味道十分濃郁,內邊有些龍蝦肉,配上脆口蒜蓉包。石榴籽配鴨胸,份量都頗大,配上新鮮沙律菜,藜麥及石榴籽,很開胃。風乾火腿蘑菇薄餅,是餐廳推介之一,他們自設石窰爐,採用酸種薄餅,比起一般薄餅健康及有營養,餅底比較脆,風乾火腿帶點咸香,充滿蘑菇及芝士香,適合麩質過敏者。紅酒糟虎蝦捲意粉,這道菜帶點fusion ,加入紅酒及紹興酒,因此酒香味重,仲食到有香蔥,蒜、洋蔥、姜的味道,很特別。虎蝦大隻鮮嫩,捲意粉比較少有,口感濕潤,有咬口。
