今日朋友生日,叫咗佢嚟銅鑼灣嘅Arcadia到食嘢,呢度嘅裝修非常之靚,最啱我哋影相!Menu選擇非常之多,有唔同嘅頭盤或者扒類,仲有Cocktail😝😝生牛肉他他伴黑松露配10年陳醋新鮮的生牛肉切成碎末狀,有黑松露和10年陳醋,味道複雜而濃郁。將這個牛肉塔塗抹在烤過的多士上,口感香脆可口。而且牛肉幾新鮮,不錯✅✅澳洲M3和牛肉rib eye 牛肉經過精心烹調,肉質鮮嫩多汁,入口即化。今次食嘅係medium Rare,果然生熟程度啱啱好淋!油脂分布亦都唔錯,未到入口即溶,但係都相當之淋🤝🤝香烤加拿大豬鞍配蔬菜及覆盆子醬:加拿大豬鞍經過烘烤,表面焦香酥脆,內部仍保持多汁嫩滑。再淋上一層覆盆子酸甜醬汁,可以形成絕佳的口感搭配。而且配菜一啲都唔馬虎,都幾夾另外點咗兩杯Cocktail,呢度嘅Cocktail都算係佢哋嘅主打,有機會嘅話大家都可以試一試😘😘

生牛肉他他伴黑松露配10年陳醋
