當文歷餅店就係佢既甜品蛋糕皮貌得意,全部都係西式甜品但做到港式食物既樣。菠蘿包$62菠蘿包個牛油佢又真係做得幾似真牛油,係海鹽味馬斯卡彭,幼滑好多,好食過真牛油。外層係椰子mousse,忌熱情果果醬佔比例多所以熱情果味出過椰子味。紙包檸檬茶呢個比較甜d,但佢個層次感好得意,出面係白朱古力片咁但入面就係好creamy好軟,入面主要係伯爵茶味mousse, 另一層係佛手柑奶酪。呢個味道個人覺得一般中等。炒栗子佢係蛋糕黎裹面係威士忌味既cream?但我又唔多食得出酒味,呢個我覺得比較普通d。整體黎講係特別,但好食就一般啦。
