從未食過香港打冷菜,媽咪同姑姐都好喜歡吃的司庵,近日被媽咪發現新大陸,適逢端午節,由太平山頂high tea完,專程轉過沙田來到荃灣呢間,凍司庵估唔到咁鮮甜,好似唔試過食榴櫣,唔道佢的誘惑,令我一試難忘。以前怕呢啲海鮮有沙唔乾淨會食到嘔,祗有呢間可以放心地去食了。另外,本人推介的茜湖牛肉羹又係好正好抵食,湯攤奈了都唔會變水,佳因用馬蹄粉,不是生粉水,豆腐布包,鲜牛肉,非用打爛的淬牛。下次再會來幫襯。😋👏🏼👍
