To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我和朋友常常自稱為麻甩系女子,因為總會有時候想要去打冷。不過,要和朋友約去打冷不是那麼容易,因為打冷鋪book不到位,而那些傳統的鋪也不好坐那麼久,每次都是急急食完急急走,要等收工晏的朋友後join更是難上難。既然如此,就移去酒樓,環境更好。潮州凍花蟹,肉又多又厚,鎖住了鮮甜,啖啖都是肉。滷水鵝片,超喜歡食滷水鵝片,滷得夠入味,而且肥瘦得宜,入口帶鵝芳香,味道久久不散滷水豬蹄跟拼掌翼 ,同樣滷得入味,不過個人比較喜歡鵝片,啖啖肉。 潮陽炸雙棗即是炸蝦和蟹肉,挺甜的,外脆內彈牙,而且咬下時還會吃到爽脆的菜,很清新。胡椒咸菜豬肚湯 ,其實酒樓有點冷,喝下這湯即時暖了起來,胡椒味很重,咸菜不會很咸。 碧綠川椒雞球,味道偏咸了少少,不過很香,比較適合配飯吃。豉油皇煎䱽魚球 ,魚肉嫩滑,豉油很香不會過咸,也是一道適合配飯吃的小菜。沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭 ,很有趣,在這裏居然有沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭,而且夠鑊氣,沙爹超香和濃郁,牛肉也很嫩,驚喜之作。乾煎糖醋麵 ,其實我是第一次吃呢.脆脆的麵加上醋和糖,酸酸甜甜好特別,而且麵雖炸過但不油不膩。鴛鴦水晶包,我很喜歡吃水晶包的,外層煙煙韌韌但不厚皮,內涵不論是奶皇或豆
