放工去荃灣食晚餐,無意中係荃新天地一期隔離發現呢間出名食手撕雞既餐廳,就立馬入去了。(๑´ㅂ`๑)吃貨小子點左呢碗叫金牌太子飯,入面有豬手、手撕雞、切腩,仲配左啲配菜蘿蔔。餐廳出名用鵝油拌飯,加上甜豉油既帶味,令人食唔停口,因為實在太惹味了。如果嗌套餐既話就會配一杯熱飲同埋一碗例湯,都係差4蚊,都好抵!以我就點左碗撈粗食,仲配左碗蔥花湯。我覺得手撕雞很入味,而且分量適中。仲有切腩既口感比較嫩,唔會好靭。撈粗既調味都剛剛好,唔會太濃味,同埋可以有蔥花湯做番個balance!

以我就點左碗撈粗食,仲配左碗蔥花湯。我覺得手撕雞很入味,而且分量適中。仲有切腩既口感比較嫩,唔會好靭。撈粗既調味都剛剛好,唔會太濃味,同埋可以有蔥花湯做番個balance!
