當年牛下有間粥鋪,阿叔伯即場做布拉腸粉同炸油條,小時侯好鐘意棟係隔離睇,感覺好治癒
米漿一勺,客人要咩腸就落咩料;蓋上,蒸熟透,熱氣騰騰,徒手起白布,扯下粉皮,捲起,切切切,上碟,落豉油。整個過程都好正!
金山係我其中一間西貢心水食店,每次經過都會點炸兩或蝦米腸;皮滑,油香,醬甜,油條鬆化。除左好食外,仲私心滿足我眼球,這份治癒感,身心滿足
但得知許姑娘唔做,阿姐又話雞粉黎緊都會唔做,真係有點唏噓
