手冲咖啡令人失望！

店舖外觀好似幾Pro, 烘焙豆冇油面，ok，可以試下。例牌點咗杯 Pour Over (Paper filter, 機磨) 試試真功夫。$65 PNG Single Origin 190ml 唔算平。入口水溫偏熱但唔算太過份。Aroma也ok。飲一啖……嘩……淡！水汪汪！水太多or豆太少！倒落玻璃杯……有啲清晰，唔怪得淡啦！勉強飲到PNG 豆味。酸味、甘味平均。但……10分鐘後味道更酸，仲係冇乜層次嘅酸。$65 真係幾失望，因為原本有啲期望！仲有另外兩種Single Origin ，但acidity比PNG偏高……已經唔想試啦
