To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近見到富臨又有片皮鴨團購賣喎!會唔會頻密咗d呀? 事原我哋一家人喺四月已食過,當晚仲食到一肚氣添!講番隻片皮鴨,當晚侍應遞上檯時,真係嚇咗一跳! 就咁比碟燒到 "黑嗎嗎" 嘅鴨皮,同兩碟蒸嘅餅皮我哋,望真d燒鴨皮,燒到又黑又焦,仲有成層肥油喺底,每片鴨皮都冇肉嘅,完全食唔到燒鴨嘅香味,有d皮仲好似係鴨頸皮喎!個個夾咗一件嚟食就停手啦! 至於夾住鴨皮嚟食嘅餅皮就好厚,雖然幾熱,但黃黃哋顏色,味道好似饅頭多d囉!一睇就知係d急凍餅皮,有人客落單,咪馬上蒸熱囉!其實,我哋平時都有嚟飲吓茶,佢嘅點心,好似腐皮卷、一般蒸點、甜品、下午茶嘅燒臘飯,同炒粉麵都0K架,特別係鮑汁雞腳,用嘅係新鮮雞腳,做得幾正架!估唔到晚飯會係咁!都明白$38係冇可能食到正嘅片皮鴨,但一心以為富臨會用呢個優惠吸引客人,喺晚飯時多點其他正價食品,但咁嘅片皮鴨質數.... 真係唔想幫襯咁多囉!最後我哋多點一個鮮魷炒通菜, 同酸甜排骨就算, 雖然呢兩個餸嘅味道都可以接受,但份量就好少囉!***最嬲係佢大字宣傳 ----> (( $38富臨脆皮片皮鴨!足4斤重!即燒即食!)) 保證即叫即燒???真係笑大人個咀呀!莫講

Other Info. : 因coupon寫明,在享用前三日必須電話預訂,當時我仲比個接線生問咗成十分鐘添!但到步後,竟然冇侍應問過是否團購、預訂咗之類....只係一取出coupon ,就好快有碟鴨皮同包皮上檯啦!真滑稽!
