~ 我們點的大多數都是點心,包括:
1)香麻海蜇皮 ~ 味道不錯,海蜇都很淋,容易吃。

2)潮州鹽水炸豆腐
~ 豆腐炸得鬆脆,好味!

3)酥炸魚皮
~ 魚皮的味道和皮的質感都跟麵店所賣的差不多!

4)鮮蝦腸
~ 沒有想過,原來是那麼精緻,味道OK!

5)還有炸腐皮卷和炒腸粉都很好吃!😋


今餐總括來說: 本來都沒有很大的期望,可是,沒想到食物的味道和質素都很好!至於環境方面,可能是繁忙的時間,所以比較熱鬧也很難交談,要提高聲浪才能聽得見別人說什麼😅!







To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
