搬咗嚟呢邊住成年,都係第一次入嚟呢間店。因為門面太唔起眼,同一條街亦都有太多選擇。今次想食啲新意思,又唔想行好遠,所以就入嚟。

午餐都係@$50左右,街坊價。相對嚟講,個豉油炒麵,冇火腿絲都照賣$50,就比較貴。但係因為太鍾意食,所以照叫。

另外本來想叫啲鴨腳飯,因為唔係間間有。但係老闆娘話未夠霖,叫我轉第二款,okok,轉叫牛腩筋飯。

個牛腩筋飯真係夠霖,亦都好入味,但係更好味嘅,竟然都係碟豉油炒麵。

冇標榜用豉油皇、頭抽,乜乜七七。但係成碟擺喺面前,就一陣豉油香味撲鼻而來⋯ 心諗,有料到喎,睇埋啲麵係乜嘢水準先。

啲麵入口,軟硬適中,乾濕程度亦都啱口味。佢唔係靚嘅蛋麵,欠咗啲蛋味,但係做面嘅粉應該係靚嘅。但係佢做到乾濕度準,同埋豉油香,入口爽綿平衡適中,冇乜肥油滲出來⋯ 已經係近呢幾年,我食到最好味嘅豉油炒麵,贏過我在五星酒店及大酒樓食過的兩次。

我肯定會返嚟食豉油炒麵。再公平啲講句,佢個例湯個樣似係例水,但係其實都飲得下,有冬瓜味、有豬骨味,唔覺有味精。
