To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晌美孚區,試過食早餐大大細細嘅餐廳都有近30家,所以,造就咗呢個「我的星期六美孚早餐」系列嘅食評,而當中小弟覺得性價比相對較高嘅喺「意樂」、「MaCafe」及「翠河」。時隔幾個月,疫情緩和咗,就再同老婆落嚟食早餐,當然,就揀咗心水之一嘅「意樂」啦。環境又喺唔多講喇,因為之前嘅食評都介紹過,走點點工業風。雖然疫情緩和咗好多,但是日朝早嚟到,入座率都唔算好高。鍾意呢度,除咗嘢食深得我哋心之餘,幾次嘅光顧,都覺得服務唔錯。而餐廳嘅管理,感覺亦幾好,好似依家晌疫情之下,睇餐廳嘅室內環境,就見到到防疫措施甚足,而入門口,已有個資訊牌講講餐廳點樣齊心抗疫,室內周圍更將啲間板貼上防疫「貼士」,增加大家嘅防疫意識。早餐選擇,對比之前影過嘅餐牌,大致上差唔多,4大版紙,有即製三文治、地道厚多士、忌廉湯粉麵餐、美式早餐、松露之選、意大利蕃茄濃湯、桂格燕麥片……等等,包基本餐飲,睇落就好似無咗轉特飲嘅選項。整體而言,大部分都喺三十零蚊有交易,最平嘅多士餐賣$24,最貴嘅都喺松露之選賣$42,好就好在有晒服務都唔收加一嘛。煎焗流心蛋喺佢哋嘅名物,其實上次老婆嘅通粉都食過,今次,就輪到小弟揀佢做主角。鮮野菌‧意

鮮野菌‧意式蕃茄濃湯通粉 $28

老婆就一向喺蕃茄濃湯系列嘅粉絲,上次嚟都喺食佢。雞湯底再加入大大殼蕃茄蓉,出嚟嘅效果個茄味都算濃郁,而野菌果然喺新鮮貨,唔喺啲罐頭白菌,所以,菌味突出啲,又香啲,而通粉保持咬口,唔會煮到腍晒。

食味就更有驚喜,沙律菜搵啲胡麻醬撈過,煎焗流心蛋都出色,半凝嘅蛋黃寧舍有蛋香;煙肉同餐肉都喺啲平價貨,夾埋啲蒜蓉多士食就更加正。最估唔到,底下仲有一球香草薯蓉,又香又滑,呢個餐性價比甚高

即磨咖啡、好立克

上次嚟嘅餐飲又喺呢個選擇,老婆話佢哋沖嘅好立克比出面茶記特別濃,而且,可能喺先落水,後加粉,所以,啲好立克唔會黐到一嚿嚿沉晌底。小弟就例牌要杯即磨咖啡,飲落醇香濃厚,好穩定嘅質素。

再幫襯,都喺無失望,仍保持晌小弟心目中,心水嘅美孚餐廳之一。可能疫情關系係,感覺人手好似少咗,上餐時出現咗小插曲,嚟餐飲時嚟咗兩杯咖啡,但跟落單嘅店員跟進,佢一下子就記得我哋落乜,立時換過杯好立克,唔會好似一啲餐廳,可能即時黑面或搵藉口解釋。
