又去新城市廣場覓食,今次的目標為芽莊,點了五款菜式:河內蕃茄蟹肉湯檬檬粉細滑,蕃茄味香濃,湯底由大量番茄熬製而成,可惜蟹肉份量不算多,整體味道不俗。香茅牛肉撈檬香茅味濃烈,牛肉烤得香口,檬粉配上調味汁(碌冧),醒胃惹味。順化辣牛湯檬湯底清甜,帶微辣,但辣度不強烈,牛肉厚切,入口溶化,牛味濃郁。濱海豬肉卷米卷包着青瓜、生菜、豬肉,食材新鮮,入口清新。燒豬頸肉青瓜沙律味道酸酸甜甜,豬頸肉燒得微燶,帶少少焦香,配上青瓜、 蘿蔔絲,味道層次豐富。
