我喜愛的浜燒店開到尖沙咀了呢間日本菜主打新鮮海鮮浜燒,喺銅鑼灣主店都食過好幾次,宜家開到去尖沙咀厚福街喇,餐廳環境以木系和風做主調先來個芝麻醬椰菜,清新帶微酸好開胃喔清酒是必需的,這枝由店主建議開,話好夾今日嘅海鮮,飲落芳香又易入口刺身盛台有6款,肥美三文魚及超級肥美拖羅,仲有鮮甜型有帶子同埋爽脆赤貝,仲有吞拿魚油甘魚都好新鮮沙律係平目魚火灸過,再加埋黑松露配牛油果及沙律菜,清新得嚟又不失魚香同松露鹹香針魚刺身柔軟口感,細嫩又鮮味甲羅燒燒得恰到好處,蟹膏嘅鮮甜味仲有味噌鹹香配埋多士真係不得了活貝漁獲盛合,有多款海鮮,重點介紹一下見唔見到果3隻帆立貝啊,係九洲先有嘅七彩顏色其中三隻色,我同餐廳侍應都係話第一次見,顏色係純天然㗎!!食落跟平常帆立貝一樣,但餐廳話嚟緊會用七隻唔同嘅味道去浜燒佢,今次試咗清酒、牛油及黑松露🤤另外仲有清酒燒蠔勁鮮甜松葉蟹腳,食落啖啖肉啊燒大蝦好爽口彈牙仲有燒鮑魚都好美味呢個大貝就用上各款調味汁煮,配清酒一流好爽啊最後仲有椰子及柚子雪葩都要試喔~
