To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚睇森美的情聖talk show, 所以到了灣仔食一個快餐。華星冰室，一間聽聞同澳洲牛奶公司一樣好味的餐廳。餐廳裝修像舊式的餐廳, 但乾淨同新淨~同樣有炒滑蛋叉燒湯意粉。初初見到有蕃茄意粉，點了，但最後決定轉返快餐。快餐上柖速度比澳牛慢，不過都算快。多士係厚多士，烘到表面金黃，不錯。火腿正正常常，而叉燒意粉我就覺得麻麻地，湯底唔夠味，叉燒都無咩味道，不過好彩肉質都算好。你點了滑蛋牛肉蕃茄意粉，差唔多我食完先整好。汁是熱，不過中間的意粉唔夠熱。滑蛋另上，同快餐的滑蛋一樣，北海道牛奶的功效？蛋係好滑，都好味道！蕃茄份量都算多，剛剛熟。今晚係我們第一次睇talk show，雖然個表演比我預期差，但唔緊要，至少呢個經驗都係我哋兩個一齊的第一次。‏
