呢日同朋友喺銅鑼灣行完街,朋友話位於V point 23樓嘅《隨變火鍋》既有雞煲又有串燒同乾鍋,一於試下。餐廳裝修雅緻,座位闊落,窗外有無敵夜景。除咗雅座,坐吧台一樣可以食雞煲、串燒、飲生啤,各適其式。先點兩款串燒食下。燒牛舌心 ($48/串) - 表面燒得十分香口,咬落肉質爽嫩juicy,牛味濃郁,加上灑喺表面嘅香料,相當好食。内蒙羊肉串 ($28/份) - 亦係燒得相當香口,羊味鮮甜而不羶,十分惹味。青島 ($20/罐) - 有咁好食嘅串燒,當然要同朋友小酌一杯。我哋食完串燒,再食雞煲。養生雜菌雞煲 ($168/半隻) - 除了半隻雞肉,煲內還有多好鮮冬菇、秀珍菇、雞髀菇、鴻喜菇、淮山、杞子等,材料豐富。雞肉嫩滑有雞味,就算煮得耐仍很嫩滑。打邊爐前先呷一碗湯底,有雞肉及雜菌的味道,相當鮮甜。頂級手切牛頸脊 ($198/小) - 色澤鮮紅,油花分佈平均,牛味濃郁,肉質腍得嚟有口感。白柏葉 ($22/份) - 爽口彈牙,稍微灼一下就食得。鴨紅 ($58) - 口感軟滑油墨菜 ($23/份) / 皇帝菜 ($23/份) - 新鮮好食。呢餐我哋食得相當滿意,朋友仲話原來十点鐘後宵夜時段會有
