今晚約左個朋友仔打邊爐,上openrice 揀左依間附有懷舊香港情的老港情懷。餐廳好新淨,選用的餐具都好懷舊。地方寬闊。餐廳主打老火湯做邊壚湯底,但我地唔太好,所以揀左花雕藥膳雞鍋。D 雞肉成碟上,要食果陣先淥,唔會老,我地仲倒埋花雕酒落去,好香口好補。一場黎到,叫左個皇牌「牛皇拼盤」,上台果陣大到嚇親~一個拼盤有多個唔同部位,有極級本地手切靚肥牛、手切安格斯牛頸脊、安格斯牛柳粒、牛骨髓、白牛柏葉同薄切金錢肚。我就覺得安格斯牛頸脊同安格斯牛柳粒最好食,牛味勁濃,又軟身易咬,口感一流。我地仲叫左好多野食,樣樣都好新鮮,韭菜餃勁香韭菜味,用料足。店員服務又好,唔錯的選擇

一個拼盤有多個唔同部位,有極級本地手切靚肥牛、手切安格斯牛頸脊、安格斯牛柳粒、牛骨髓、白牛柏葉同薄切金錢肚。
我就覺得安格斯牛頸脊同安格斯牛柳粒最好食,牛味勁濃,又軟身易咬,口感一流。

我地仲叫左好多野食,樣樣都好新鮮,韭菜餃勁香韭菜味,用料足。
