香港人一年四季都愛打邊爐,我亦不例外。跟一大班朋友一齊圍住個爐一邊恰下恰下,一邊傾下計實為人生一大樂事。有人喜歡任食邊爐,因為付統一價錢就可以任飲任食不用就住來點,滿足了大胃口的男士們。但我個人比較喜歡單點的,一來減少浪費食材、二來食材更新鮮和高質。樓下火鍋飯店裝修主打懷舊風,湯底食材同樣落足心思,湯底款式多。醬料款式十分齊全,應有盡有。安格斯牛頸脊($238) 即叫即切,本地手切肥牛嚴選騸牯牛,則是閹牛,肉質較嫩滑。雖是例牌份量卻豪不吝嗇。芝士獅子狗拼墨魚丸 ($62) 兩個人來吃的話可選擇雙拼,咁就可以多試幾款不同的食物又不怕吃不完會浪費。炸魚皮拼炸響鈴卷($62)即叫即炸十分香脆可口,必點!唐生菜🥬($38)很新鮮!烏冬($38)十分彈牙。每樣食材亦是水準之上,喜歡打邊爐的朋友不容錯過。預算較高的朋友可點選海鮮,當晚看到不少客人點了各款生猛海鮮及刺身等。值得一讚是餐廳的清潔度和員工服務態度一流
