最近旺角新開張了一家潮汕火鍋,昨天下班後便決定和家人到訪一嚐。店內裝修走懷舊風,有上下兩層,餐桌之間的距離寬闊,上菜速度快,有多款醬料供配搭。我們點選了牛骨湯底,幾款食物質素都不俗,特別喜歡以下兩款:潮城牛肉三拼三款牛肉分別是匙柄、嫩肉和三花趾,放在站立的木板上十分適合拍照,各有特色,充滿濃郁牛香,輕輕在鍋內涮一涮便可食用。炸獅頭鵝肉丸性格比高,即食小吃,口感彈牙,配搭甜酸醬汁,十分惹味。其他菜式:。豬肉芹菜餃。潮汕墨魚丸。唐生菜✏️ 另收醬料費每位$15及加一服務費
