To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日行過尖沙咀,忽然間心血來潮諗起想食車仔麵,上網一search見到呢間好似啲賣相幾好。七點鐘嚟到都要排五分鐘左右先入到,座位ok,唔算10分迫夾,但一定唔會好舒服,除咗入面嗰兩張梳化位。講番食物最出色一定一定一定要試佢個豬皮,一入口好濃郁嘅唔知咩味,總之就正。佢個招牌魷魚我覺得除咗厚切之外,就真係冇乜特別可以skip。蜂巢豆腐都幾大舊,有咬口,都可以一試,但係得兩舊。陳皮魚蛋都幾好食,有種懷舊感覺. 另外佢個牛肚係用草肚。如果有鍾意草肚嘅朋友要嚟試下。因為出面通常都用咗金錢肚,我自己就鍾意食草肚多啲。員工四眼妹妹,服務非常之好,好細心!仲有鄰家女孩感覺,想即刻食咗佢兩次.
