呢間位於元朗嘅火鍋冰室,裝修設計行懷舊風,好有6、70年代冰室嘅味道。可以打邊爐或者炒小菜,天氣咁凍,打邊爐就啱晒。我哋揀咗胡椒豬肚雞窩做湯底。豬肚爽口,雞肉爽滑,而且份量好足,仲有枝竹、酸菜等配料。湯底味道係偏淡嘅,可以試下師傅自製嘅XO醬,味道偏辣但好香好惹味。小食蟹籽墨魚炸油炸鬼,係油炸鬼上面鋪一層墨魚滑,墨魚滑上面鋪一層蟹籽。油炸鬼香脆,墨魚滑爽滑,加埋蟹籽係口裡面卜卜爆開嘅口感好特別。墨魚水上漂。上枱先知係豬皮包住墨魚滑,上面鋪一浸蟹籽。落鍋就知道點解叫水上漂,因為真係浮喺湯面上。豬皮索咗啲湯汁,加埋爽滑嘅墨魚滑一齊食好好味。海鮮菇同油麥菜都好新鮮,魔芋絲爽口。雪花肥牛大大盆,肉質肥瘦均勻,爽滑甘香有牛味。最後整番一榨老闆水果茶,有橙、蘋果、菠蘿、火龍果同青檸,清新解膩。
