To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以懷舊車仔麵風味而聞名，店内亦放置懷舊麵檔模型，充滿老香港情懷，打卡一流。叫咗碗「三豬麵」，包括豬紅、豬皮、豬腸，精心調製的滷水汁為基礎，加上獨有招牌咖喱辣汁，味道香濃，豬皮夠爽口，豬腸夠入味，豬紅夠鬆化。蒜油撈麵選擇粗麵，口感Q彈，再搭配特製蒜油醬汁，香氣十足。搭配牛筋及豬手，炆得好軟腍，墨魚蝦條炸得金黃香脆。辣串Combo有魚蛋、魷魚、牛栢葉、豬腸，再淋上秘製沙嗲辣醬，越食越惹味。牛栢葉麻、辣、鮮、香，很好的涼拌菜式，口感爽脆，非常開胃。瑞士雞髀肉質鮮嫩多汁，鹹甜適中，又滑又好味。
