這間居酒屋屹立灣仔已好幾年,單看門面裝潢已知是走懷舊日式居酒屋風格。甫進內,果然像極昭和年代的食肆般,店內佈滿舊式郵局門牌、和紙燈籠及懷舊海報,喜歡復古風的朋友應該會在這裡瘋狂拍照打卡。食物方面選了好幾款看來挺特別的,首先是前菜蕃茄三杯醋$58,蕃茄冰涷可口水嫩多汁,醋汁微酸,清新開胃。再來佐酒小食酒盜炒山藥$58,醃漬過的山藥口感出奇地爽脆,好特別。燒物方面點了串雞肉丸$32、雞橫隔膜$58、牛舌$58及白鱔$68,橫隔膜倒是第一次食,質地有點煙韌像豬大腸;至於我最喜歡的牛舌入口非常嫩滑,白鱔外皮烤得香脆魚肉彈牙。主菜點了清酒牛油焗青口$78、蟹膏甲羅燒$128及昭和海鮮卷$228,青口鮮甜,酒味不重但牛油味濃郁;甲羅燒味道濃郁,以薄脆放滿質感幼滑的蟹膏一齊食都幾夾;至於海鮮卷一定是打卡之選,壽司上滿滿甘香鮮甜的海膽及三文魚籽,內裡則是吞拿魚蓉及三文魚,而且師傅整得幾大件,女生很難一口放得下,不過確係好食。最後甜品是最中餅,不過選了辣味碎蔥吞拿魚$68,外層脆餅夾雜綿密的吞拿魚蓉,入口感覺反而不像甜品,但作餐後小食亦挺特別。
