To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友在紅棉道行禮,觀禮後我們一行人就打算在附近飲茶。隨便入了一間酒樓,誰知發現有驚喜。名都酒樓原來仍然沿用舊式推車仔的方式,酒樓的中間有不同的食物部,即蒸點心,即煎腸粉。比較點心紙,面對實物點餐真的有質感很多。點心質素其實差不多,不過值得一提的是它的甜品。成個甜品櫃本身都非常吸引,我試了芒果腸粉,好食!芒果好香甜,而且個腸粉好滑。友人試了楊技甘露,亦覺得相當不錯。埋單每人一百蚊左右,以金鐘來說,加上這種風味,亦算過得去。
