今晚去了尖沙咀東部一間中菜館,店內裝潢古色古香,非常有特色。茶樹菇燉竹絲雞食中菜當然就係要飲湯水啦!燉湯湯底清甜,材料十足,非常滋潤。懐舊蝦多士充滿兒時嘅回憶。呢個蝦多士比起兒時所食的矜貴得多,是原隻大蝦,不是蝦膠,更有口感,啖啖鮮香又脆口。蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝元貝肉質鮮嫩,熟度剛好。玉盆素豔素份量頗多,足夠五,六人享用。冬瓜清甜,還有不同種類菇菌,嚐素人士必點。楊枝甘露凍有點似芒果布甸。飯後最佳甜品。
