To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又一友人K的小菜館推介, 在此店品嚐小菜如下:宮廷醬烤骨- 由賣相至汁嘅味道同十多年前於旺角利苑食過的八成相似, 唯獨舊肉可能燉得時間長咗少少致肉質淋身得嚟近乎散散地, 其他的都做得好好了米網蝦春卷- 炸得脆不油膩但同個腰果其實唔覺得太夾,點嘅汁係好簡單嘅甜醋汁,未能突出此卷, 貴妃雞半隻- 皮滑肉質普通爽, 也是一般魚腐白菜仔- 份量都幾大碟, 味道剛好砂鍋魚頭煲- 份量OK大, 友人K太座嬚佢落獻汁太重手, 我們則覺得沒什麼,
