呢間餐廳睇名已經好特別, 西餐大排檔, 係味姐係新派西餐, 但又加入懷舊既原素? 上到黎見到門口既擺設已經好有趣~野食選擇有好多, Vi最後點左松露煮日本年糕, 脆豬仔飽配欖油甜醋及牛油, 燒原隻春雞, 黑毛豬肉眼蓋~而飲品就有d好特別既懷舊野飲, Vi點左石榴姐同金牛~金牛其實姐係忌廉+雪糕, 呢d飲品o係香港已經好小見到, 而石榴姐係石榴梳打, 酸酸甜甜幾開胃~先黎頭盤脆豬仔飽配欖油甜醋及牛油, 本身無咩期望, 諗住都係面包一個, 點知幾有驚喜, 豬仔包焗得好熱好脆, 外脆內軟, 點埋欖油同甜醋好味道wo@@ 估唔到一個面包都做得咁有誠意 , 唔錯~之後係松露煮日本年糕, 份量比想像中細, 個汁好香黑松露味, 年糕亦好煙un,不過個汁有點太稀, 同埋年糕煮得唔入味~之後呢個係睇其他食評推介既黑毛豬肉眼蓋, 要左8成熟, 上枱已經聞到好香肉味, 呢塊肉眼蓋睇落好似牛肉XDXD 食落好香好嫩滑, Vi未食過咁嫩既豬肉, 質感好好, 而且好香肉味, 唔洗點汁已經好正!! 真心推介旁邊配左菠蘿亦係幾特別既配搭, 呢個豬肉真係做得好好味最後o係燒原隻春雞, 雞唔太大隻, 肉質都幾嫩滑, Vi

最後o係燒原隻春雞, 雞唔太大隻, 肉質都幾嫩滑, Vi都係中意食原汁原味, 所以無點醬汁, 配左紫薯蓉幾好味, 燒春雞味道ok但就無咩驚喜, 可能係頭先既黑毛豬太好食了XDXD

整體呢間餐廳野食創新得黎又有懷舊既原素, 幾有驚喜, 無平時食西餐咁悶, 而且店員服務好好, 會介紹菜式同不時過黎睇下有咩需要, 值得一讚~
