最愛嘅開場白~終於又到期待已久嘅happy friday la! 今日約咗我嘅搵食兵團1號到荔枝角搵食,開餐前我哋去咗香工行左個白鴿轉,因為我哋兩個以前喺呢頭返過工,所以特別懷念呢一個批發中心嘅衫,不過今次返來遊玩一圈後發現,呢度既衫嘅質素真係大不如前,我地咩收獲都無就去左搵食。來到舊地, 當然係搵我哋最愛嘅餐廳,就係頂頂大名嘅潮滙館,哈哈,我講既。以前係附近返工時,最鍾意lunch 時,同一大班同事來到呢間餐廳,一人一餸開大餐,大快朵頤呀!今晚得2個人既關係,我地只係order 左三樣餸加一碗白粥。首先介紹返係佢既碗前菜,傳統嘅潮州鹹酸菜配花生,酸菜酸甜味道適中,而且咬落十分爽脆,相當開胃。第一碟介紹嘅就係椒鹽九肚魚($88)當我地落單後,廚房師傅係即時新鮮炸起,熱呼呼的,一件件金黃色嘅九肚魚,唔單止外皮卜卜脆,唔厚粉外,裏面嘅魚肉更滑而多汁,令人食唔停口。第二碟就叫左滷水鵝拼盤($138)包括有鵝片、鵝掌、紅腸、豆腐、蛋。d配搭樣樣都係我最愛呀⋯⋯鍾意嘅原因係佢d食物滷得好入味,鵝肉一啲都唔肥、肉質柔、嫩、滑,一個字,正!第三樣叫左金銀蛋上湯浸時菜($78)d白菜仔吸收哂d上湯既精

成餐飯一路食一路飲住熱呼呼既綠茶真係一樂也!
