我地期待已久嘅京菜鹿鳴春,終於今日可以再次品嘗,點解想食左咁耐?因為呢度好串架,訂位只可以訂晚上7:30前,之後嘅麻煩去到慢慢等.........講到食京菜,北京填鴨實在唔少得,師傅即場片皮,相當純熟,而且d皮仲鬼死咁有口感,非常正宗!鷄包翅:有個脆包用黎點鷄湯翅,滋味到暈!北菇扒時蔬,好普通嘅菜式,但勝在d菇隻隻夠晒厚肉,當堂加分!清炒蝦仁: 蝦肉都幾爽架,清清地.....不過好大碟.......哲皮拼素鵝醬蹄: 加埋預設嘅鼓油,味道即刻唔同晒!高麗豆沙: 熱辣辣兼皮夠薄,好好味!
