To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日好恨食的係銖記的菜胆雞燉翅和風沙雞, 雖然只得兩口子, 也沒所謂, 為既係滿足口福之慾.一坐低, 生怕沒有風沙雞和翅, 即刻叫咗先, 後來見有個蝦膠煎釀茄子, 似乎唔錯! 就要一客啦! 翅先上, 嘩, 仍舊足料, 有一圈圈, 一梳梳的翅和不少雞肉. 翅爽口, 加上清甜雞湯, 大滿足. 雞肉當然鞋鞋地, 雞肋是也! 風沙雞, 正! 永遠都係熱騰騰, 炸蒜奇香無比. 雞皮香脆, 肉嫩滑, 一咬開, 永遠有少少油bi出嚟. good! 唯雞味的確不足, 但作為一味風沙雞, 已有交代了.再來係蝦膠煎釀茄子, 蝦膠加了少許肥豬肉, 不健康, 但好味, 爽口. 茄子油了點. 估唔到加上了泰式甜酸醬和芝麻, 惹味, yummy!亞叔仍舊風趣搞笑, 係呢個星級街市食肆, 一點架子也沒有, 實屬難得!
