歐洲+非洲之旅回到香港,幾個靚靚替我補祝生日👭👭🎂🍽️🥂🎉💖 甜品生日牌寫上“Tanti Auguri”🤔,我們要Google幫忙翻譯,原來是意大利文“生日快樂”的意思😂🎂🎉 很喜歡「布龍泰開心果意粉」🍝😋,採用產自西西里島Bronte(布龍泰)地區的開心果,每兩年手工採收一次,色澤鮮綠,口感清雅,被評為意大利最優質的開心果💚 加上西西里鳳尾魚和野茴香來提鮮更添滋味🐟🌿😋 「鹽焗鱸魚」是道超級吸睛、充滿玩味的菜色🐟😍, 先用粗鹽包裹鱸魚焗烤一段時間,然後在食客面前淋上酒用火燒🔥,再將變硬的鹽殼敲碎🔨🔨🔨,這種烹調手法能鎖住魚肉的水份和鮮味💧,我覺得跟丐幫名菜「叫化雞」有異曲同工之妙喔😂
