好久沒來了旺角店了,因為現在銅鑼灣都有分店,不過今次生日朋友的關係還是來到了旺角。每次來到都會食《石燒霜降牛小排 $188》(配日本米飯及溫泉蛋),因為覺得真的性質比高,肉質不韌又有肉味,而且用石燒有氣氛。牛肉蘸上醬汁特別惹味,個人喜歡連飯吃,覺得更加好味。《炭燒粟米(一條) $32》味甜好食,沒有焦位。《炭燒京蔥 $18》京蔥清甜香口。《火炙三文魚 $26》油潤好食。《和風炒野菜(2人份) $53》大碟有蒜香。原來這裡有《即製梳乎厘班戟配雪糕 $108》!預備時間約20分鐘。即焗熱辣辣,有成3件,鬆鬆軟軟不會塌下,很Q彈亦有蛋香,不過醬汁比較淡味,但配雪糕嘅話甜度就剛好! 值得一試!.
