潮流興慢煮...估唔到呢間車仔麵店都會將慢煮融入當中喔!檯上調味盤整齊乾淨,有麻辣油、辣油、美極心等等...車仔麵配料超過三十款,部份配料如:牛腩、瑞士雞翼、豬大腸、蘿蔔都係以用低溫慢煮製作呢😍🍜三餸一麵($38)揀咗辣魚蛋+ 瑞士雞翼+魚皮餃配粗麵辣魚蛋以自家製咖喱汁煮成,微辣而富咖喱香,非常惹味!瑞士雞翼以慢煮方式製作,肉質軟腍,入味多汁!魚皮餃唔會太厚皮,咬落啖啖肉且口感爽彈,好味呀!加上麻辣油更加惹味呢!🍚慢煮豉油雞髀飯配肉燥($38)雞髀用上十幾個鐘頭嘅慢煮方式製成,香甜入味!骨肉輕鬆分離,但又唔會鬆散而且雞髀超大隻,啖啖肉,CP值超高呢!肉燥份量充足,唔會好肥膩,用嚟撈飯一流呀!跟餐加$8就可以配熱飲,而樽裝汽水就加$9,價錢理!

而且雞髀超大隻,啖啖肉,CP值超高呢!
