To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我哋一行四人去中環搵嘢食，朋友仔之前都食過嘅Fast gourmet 慢煮餐廳👉🏻大部份菜式都係用慢煮嘅烹調方法最驚喜最驚喜係龍蝦湯流心牛角包真係好好味又好抵食羽衣甘藍沙律（新鮮嘅羽衣甘藍味道唔錯）海鹽焦糖咖啡牛角包（甜食，少少咖啡味都幾特別）黑松露溫泉蛋多士 （送黎既時間，溫泉蛋暖暖地攪勻點多士食）慢煮牛肩柳配鵝肝 （煮得啱啱好，好soft有牛味，鵝肝都係用慢煮方法再煎一煎～正）慢煮羊膝（味道唔錯，如果羊味重小小會更好）特濃龍蝦湯 (好濃好好味。同之前食龍蝦湯流心牛角包唔一樣㗎。2款都咁出色）叫左3款甜品 (慢煮芝士餅、焦糖燉蛋、白松露雪糕）白松露雪糕怪怪地，有陣煤氣味🤔焦糖燉蛋好味，好有蛋香🤤慢煮芝士餅就正常唔係好特別）總括嚟講間野都好唔錯👍會再嚟食環境又舒服好靜好清幽～價錢仲好抵。4個人都係食左$13xx
