To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.      終日都聽到要慢活,原來煮東西都有「慢活」方法,是希望能夠煮得熱而且能保持肉嫩(Tender)的方法。今天(2月 5日)去了Fast Gourmet,這間餐廳住於PMQ附近,主打慢煮新意。我點了一道「真空慢煮雞胸牛油果流心蛋沙律」和「富士山下」。     先講沙律,我本來係睇中流心蛋,這個流心蛋尚算不錯。但讓我驚喜的不是它,而是雞胸。這幾片雞胸非常嫩滑,咬下去有很微微的彈彈;相信要一些技巧!整個沙律的調味也相當特別,沙律菜舖上有些鹹味的醬汁,很清新。不錯!

     先講沙律,我本來係睇中流心蛋,這個流心蛋尚算不錯。但讓我驚喜的不是它,而是雞胸。這幾片雞胸非常嫩滑,咬下去有很微微的彈彈;相信要一些技巧!整個沙律的調味也相當特別,沙律菜舖上有些鹹味的醬汁,很清新。不錯!
