To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間老店我食咗成十年,冇一次好似今日咁差,真係惱惱哋! 叫咗個午市套餐,一碗燉湯,一個雙拼飯; 加咗個金銀蛋唐生菜同埋涼瓜牛肉飯。 果個雙拼飯來先:一條臘腸,幾塊白切雞,幾條菜心,擺係個細細哋嘅碗仔上。啲白飯溫溫哋,幾乎係凍嘅,果啲雞就完全凍嘅,凍到好似雪櫃入面啱啱拿出來咁,冇味道,又柴,呃人咩? 條臘腸就正常,菜心又係凍嘅,唔知係幾時就淥咗擺係果到嘅。總之差到我都唔敢相信佢係真嘅。同夥計講咗,佢就拿返碗飯入微波加熱,但係廚師就話啲雞係室溫,凍咗係今日天氣涼。 涼瓜牛肉飯最起碼係熱嘅,但係味道都麻麻,牛肉好柴同埋有陣雪味,唔多好食;涼瓜又係好似淥咗好耐,不過總算味道正常。 金銀蛋唐生菜都唔錯。最好係個燉湯,鮮甜,夠熱,點解其他餸就冇呢種水準? 店家好似冇曬心機咁,好鬼可惜,又少咗一間老店。另:食飯個碗仔係蹦咗嘅,缺口處好利,我朋友差啲整傷咗手指,好得人驚!
