I'm not sure it would be safe to serve customers with broken bowls like this, but they didn't care.

They handed out a 10% off VIP card to people before, so we wanted to use it this time, we checked carefully there isn't any expiry date, or condition saying any minimal amount. But when we showed it to them, one replied: $500 minimum and took our card and walked away. So we asked to speak with someone else, that guy also said it's expired a while ago (but we got it within a month!), I questioned him how come there's no expiry date and there isn't a condition of $500, he said that's just the way it is and walked off again!!!
So you handed out these promotions and lure people to your store to try, and when the business isn't bad anymore you just take back, what's the point for wasting the money for printing these cards????
WHAT A SCAM AND HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!
Never again and will tell everyone I know about it too.
