To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日早上10:50見北京樓唔洗排隊，而同層另外兩間酒樓都排長龍，於是就入左北京樓飲茶。被安排坐於窗邊一枱，首先，一走到枱邊坐下先，椅子感覺很髒（但窩心位是：二人枱會放三張椅給客人放物資）；然後，牆身也很髒、枱布的繡字都甩掉線、杯碟也有點髒、筷子一用便斷了、二人的碗子也不一致，整體感覺真的很髒及殘舊。食物質素還可以，味道正常，牛肉球是好味的、煎蝦米腸沒有芝麻；但等候時間較長，10:59 下單，煎蝦米腸及蛋撻11:16到達、牛肉球和燒賣11:36 到。服務員的態度還好。整體，平衡用餐環境、食物質素、服務態度，價格貴了一點。
