四款小吃併盤
當中三款與三文魚有關


直覺叫我先吃掉面前的~
瑞典華爾道夫沙律配黃金三文魚子.(Swedish Waldorf Salad with Golden Salmon Roe)
這沙律與三文魚子的味道配起來不怎麼樣,
吃得到的只有沙律的清爽,
三文魚子的味道反而沒太留意囉...

可是配着青蘋果芬蘭伏特加一道兒喝,
卻是兩者相得益章.
雙重的清爽!
一天的倦意全消了,
心情開始變得輕鬆.

而中間的三文魚薰牛肉伴牛油果忌廉, (Salmon Pastrami with Avocado Cream)
我兩三口便把它吃掉了.
因為真的好 matching!

當然,
我也同時為濃香的小吃配上了越橘芬蘭伏特加.
天呀,
是我最討厭的紅色藥水味,
不過配着三文魚薰牛肉伴牛油果忌廉也算ok的,
第二三口已沒那麼討厭了,
酒,
是讓人開心的嘛.

遠方的野菌他他,(Wild Forest Mushroom Tartare)
一般般啦,
沒有太留意它有什麼特別囉,
反正是正常就是了.
新鮮是新鮮的,
不過比起之前二口小吃就相對失色了.

最後試吃的是鬆脆蜜糖黑麥包伴挪威三文魚慕絲再吃的是salmon mousse,
那裡是黑麥包????
是脆片才對!!!
是四個小吃中最出色的一個!
煙燻香氣,
令我即時愛上,
只覺一口太少了!!!!!
而三文魚慕思也是一絕,
味道鮮美令人回味,
絕對的出色彩!!!

不過以雲厘拿芬蘭伏特加來相配,
就只so-so...
因為雲厘拿味道偏重,
如以它配合野菌他他,
也許會合適一點.
