To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開心分享最近食到最高質嘅中菜,真係食到笑咪咪。西班牙黑豚肉叉燒皇 拼 江南熟醉蝦由用料開始取勝,叉燒軟腍有肉香,醉蝦大隻彈牙。花膠陳皮黃魚羹魚肉幼滑,食到淡淡陳皮香,重點係有大大塊厚身花膠,極養顏。廿二頭南非吉品鮑伴花菇欣賞鮑魚嘅質感做得唔錯,帶點煙韌,同花菇一樣食到食材嘅鮮味,加埋爽脆嘅生菜係完美經典組合。羊城辣醬湘椒炒日本和牛好有驚喜,第一次食到中式煮法嘅和牛,肉質自然係甘香軟腍,亮點係辣醬好香口,惹味到忍唔住食埋一齊爆炒嘅辣椒仔。15年陳皮皇子乳鴿好入味,幼嫩有肉汁,比起一般調味更加香醇,足半隻食得好滿足。香菇肉醬炒飯毫不馬虎,香菇肉醬香氣撲鼻,炒飯底乾爽粒粒分明,居然成為朋友全晚最愛。香芒草莓青蘋果凍同懷舊芝麻卷清爽唔會太甜,芝麻卷做得夠薄有層次。
